Our methodology: 12 players of varying skill levels (from casual to semi-pro) played 500 total hours across three monitors — 144Hz, 240Hz, and 360Hz — in a double-blind rotation. We tracked kill/death ratios, reaction times, and subjective smoothness ratings.
The 144Hz to 240Hz jump? Massive. Every single player showed measurable improvement in reaction time (average: 18ms faster) and reported significantly smoother gameplay. This upgrade is real and worth every penny.
